Also involves EZ-220. Application: Driving a stepper from Y0 & Y1 in Mode 30. Two travel limit switches, one serving as a "Home " position. Operator will select from EZ-220 screen by scrolling one of 16 preset positions. Pressing "Enter " will cause movement to location to occur. For each position the Target Velocity, Starting Velocity, Accel/Decel times and ending velocity remain the same - only the Target Position changes. Positions are never negative. Automatic Trapezoidal Profile prefered. 1. How is the program configured to allow for "jogging " the stepper with the Up/Down keys to move the tool to initial positions and storing/assigning the positions. Total positions = 16. 2. How is the program configured to allow the operator to select one of 16 taught positions? Selection will be by scrolling through text lines. Anybody done similar application? Suggestions on the program? Thanks!
